New vehicles are used to maintain carbon emission efficiency and our commercial vehicles operate to EU CAT4 as a minimum standard.The Worldwide team all use fuel-efficient vehicles and all Worldwide vehicles are serviced regularly to maintain optimum fuel efficiency.

Recycle Re-use
Worldwide Exhibition Specialists encourages the use of re-usable packaging and recommends the use of cases made to ISPM 15 standard from sustainable resources. Utilising such re-usable packaging, not only gives a professional image, it is better for the environment and provides suitable resources for the return or onward journey of the goods.
Our site staff work with event venues to recycle all cardboard and wood packaging that is not used for outbound/ return transport -
E-Business
Our interactive website has been in operation since 1996 providing paperless online information and booking services for exhibitors and contractors. Event correspondence such as order forms, shipping instructions and tariffs have been distributed electronically since 2005.
In 2009 we introduced voluntary electronic charging for customers who can accept invoices via e-mail. Worldwide Exhibition Specialists will continue to invest in e-business solutions in order to further streamline customer services and minimize paper usage and its detrimental effect on the environment -
Equipment and Environmental Policies
Worldwide Exhibition Specialists conducts safety tests on all lifting and handling equipment to maintain current safety certificates.
Our operators are trained in the use of equipment and are instructed to carry out daily maintenance checks on their machines and equipment and to report any faults or defects immediately.
